Fees
Cost is subject to materials used and complexity or duration of the treatment, and is tailored to each individual case. Our policy of free child examinations applies to children of registered adults. To qualify children must be under 18 years of age in full time education and attend for a joint examination with a parent.
Payment Policy
Our payment policy is simple. We ask that you pay at each visit for any treatment carried out. We accept cash and most debit/credit cards. Sometimes it may be necessary to cover a laboratory expense and this would be requested prior to sending to the lab.
Cancelling/Missed Appointments
When you book an appointment at the practice this time is reserved for you and we assume that you will be attending unless you advise us otherwise. If you cannot make an appointment for any reason please give the practice at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient of more importantly to help someone in an emergency. We may under certain circumstances make a charge for missed or short notice cancellations.
